【产品概述】
血清是基础培养基中极为重要的细胞生长和粘附因子、激素、脂质和矿物质来源。此外，血清还可调节细胞膜通透性，并可作为向细胞内运送脂质、酶、微量营养素和微量元素的载体。牛血清是细胞培养中用量最大的天然培养基，含有丰富的细胞生长必须的营养成份，具有极为重要的功能。牛血清分为小牛血清、新牛血清、胎牛血清。
胎牛血清（ Fetal Bovine Serum）是通过无菌手术剖腹后取胎，穿刺心脏采血制成。胎牛血清中所含的对培养细胞有害的成分（抗体等）最少，故质量最高。
本产品以健康胎牛血液为原料加工而成，不添加任何外源因子，不含激素等。经0.65μm、0.22 μm微孔滤膜预过滤，3次0.1μm微孔滤膜精过滤后，获得成品胎牛血清。本产品无支原体、无细菌、无噬菌体、BVDV病毒等污染，内毒素水平极低。
